At AntiqueFashion.net, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your antique item, we offer an Retrun nd Exchange policy to accommodate your needs. Please review the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Only exchange request accepted with original package unboxing video.
• The exchange request must be initiated within 4 days of the delivery date.

Exclusions:

• Customized or personalized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

Initiating an Exchange:

• Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Exchange Process:

• Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility for exchange, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Options:

• You may choose to exchange the item for another product of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to you.
• If the exchanged item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Return Policy

-Return Process: Returns are  facilitated by our team, including a self-pickup service. Customers are not required to pay any charges in advance.

-Refund Policy: Upon receiving the returned parcel, a refund will be processed after deducting 15% of the product price.

-Approval Timeline: Returns will be approved within 4 days after the parcel is delivered to you.
